What does density mean?: Under BOMA’s official catalog, density is the number of homes per hectare a parcel allows (from 25 at low density to 70 for vertical multifamily), along with its height and number of levels. Your advisor confirms what applies to each parcel.
How much do I need to start?: From 15% down (the quote tool starts at 20%); the rest in up to 36 interest-free monthly payments (48 in stage 3) and up to 20% on delivery. Prices from $5.28M MXN.
When are they delivered?: By stage, estimated delivery is December 2028 for stages 1 and 2, and July 2030 for stage 3. On the plan, each parcel shows its own date and its official lot sheet.
What backs the purchase?: The developer trust with Banco INVEX, the condominium property regime, municipal, state and environmental authorizations, the land-use license and INAH clearance. The formal plan is issued by BOMA Desarrollos.
